Similarly, for items purchased from the "Edulingual Shop", please review your cart before confirming payment.

Please provide an accurate name, email address and contact number that is linked to WhatsApp at checkout.

NOT using direct online payment?

When you book a session or sessions, please ensure that it is paid for within 24hrs.

For offline payments for products from the "Edulingual Shop', once you confirm your order, you have 24hrs to show proof of payment.

You MUST send your receipt from the bank payment/online transfer etc. via WhatsApp. 

Receipt(s) must be shown before getting the code/package to enter the online session(s) or before items are delivered.

 

Your scheduled class or items will be removed if receipt(s) are not provided.

Cancellation

Please notify of class cancellation 24hrs before appointment via WhatsApp.
